In this art deco villa by the architect Emile Thillet, built in 1931, the volumes are sought after, from the oriel on the street finished with an original pediment to the corner turret, including the balconies in the shape of a point (ship's bow). The cladding alternates irregular grids of cut stones and masonry in pale mauve colored cement, partly chiseled with a flower pattern.
